A large majority of our service operations union roles play a key part in all we do within our South Jersey Gas and Elizabethtown Gas divisions.

As part of our Customer Experience team, you will help SJI deliver on our promise to provide safe, reliable, and affordable clean energy to our over 700,000 customers by offering exceptional service and assistance. Roles in the Customer Experience organization range from customer-facing and tele-service to behind-the-scenes support, including Customer Service Representatives, Billing Representatives, and Customer Analytics professionals.
